REGISTRATION OPEN

PRE-NURSERY To IX and XI
Registration Forms will be available at the School Reception between 8.30 a.m. and 01.30 p.m. on working days. Registration Forms can also be downloaded from the website. Forms duly completed are to be deposited along with the attested photocopy of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation, proof of residence and one passport size photograph.
1. The Registration Form duly completed.
2. Submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission, it will depend on the number of vacancies.
3. Decision of the School Selection Committee for admission would be final.
4. Transport facility available on existing routes only.
5. List of the selected candidates would be displayed on school website.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
1. Attested photocopy of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation.
2. One passport size photograph.
3. Proof of residence i.e. Ration Card / Voter ID / Telephone Bill / Driving Licence etc. (If it is a rental residence, copy of lease deed from the landlord).
